Kazuki Otani

Kazuki Otani has held various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. kazuki started their career in 2005 as an International Senior Medical Manager at Sanofi-aventis Global. kazuki then worked as a Japan Medical Director in the Cardiovascular & Thrombosis field at Sanofi-aventis K.K. from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked as a Medical Director at LEAD-UP from 2010 to 2013. kazuki then joined Nippon Boehringer Ingelheim as the Clinical Development & Medical Affairs Head for the Cardiovascular Department from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Diabetes Medical Head for the Diabetes & Cardiovascular Business Unit at Sanofi K.K. kazuki then took on the role of Medical Affairs Head for JPAC & Japan General Medicines & Emerging Markets at Sanofi K.K. from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are the Japan Country Medical Director at Amicus Therapeutics since 2020.

Kazuki Otani has pursued a Medical Doctorate with a specialization in General Practitioner - Emergency Medicine at the Xavier Bichat School of Medicine, Paris VII University. Additionally, Kazuki has obtained a Master's degree in Health Marketing from Bobigny Health Sciences, Paris XIII Nord University.
