Carlos Andrade

Carlos Andrade has a diverse work experience in the financial and telecommunications industries. Carlos began their career at Citi in 2007, where they held various roles such as Collections Strategy Analyst, System Administrator, and MIS Officer. During this time, they were responsible for data-driven analysis, capacity planning, system management, and report creation. In 2012, Carlos joined Vodafone as a Specialist in Marketing for Clientes Particulares, where they focused on retention policies and KPI development. In 2013, they returned to Citi as a Risk Policy/Credit Initiation Strategy Manager, overseeing risk management and lending operations. Later, Carlos served as a Portfolio Manager, managing portfolios and ensuring portfolio quality. Carlos then became the Country Consumer Risk Manager, responsible for credit risk cycle management. Their most recent position was at Amigo Loans, where they initially worked as a Credit Risk Strategy Manager, designing and building credit risk strategies. Currently, Carlos serves as the Head of Credit Risk, where they oversee risk and rewards on the loan portfolio, working closely with Analytics and Decision Science Directors.

Carlos Andrade earned their Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nueva Esparta. Carlos attended the university from 2004 to 2010.
