Adrian Göldi

Adrian Göldi is currently the Senior Legal Counsel and Executive Director at AMINA Bank since January 2024. Prior to this role, Adrian was the Senior Legal Counsel and Manager of the Legal Team at Swisscard AECS GmbH from July 2013 to December 2023. Adrian also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Pension Fund of Swisscard from May 2021 to May 2023. Throughout his career, Adrian has held various legal and compliance roles, including Head of Legal & Compliance at VQF from January 2009 to December 2012. Adrian has a strong background in law, having earned his Anwalts- und Notariatspatent des Kantons Zug from Kanton Zug, and a lic.iur.HSG in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of St.Gallen.
