Robert Ruark

Strategic Advisor at Aminad

Robert Ruark is currently a Strategic Advisor at Aminad. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation from October 2017 to June 2021. Robert has also served as the Military Deputy for Personnel and Readiness at the Office of the Secretary of Defense from September 2015 to June 2017, and as the Director of Logistics, J-4, The Joint Staff from July 2013 to August 2015. Their other previous positions include Assistant Deputy Commandant for Logistics and Facilities at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps from July 2009 to May 2011, and Director of Logistics and Engineering (J-4) at United States Central Command from June 2011 to July 2013. Robert has also served as the Commanding General of 1st Marine Logistics Group from June 2007 to June 2009.

Robert Ruark received a Bachelor of Science in Business Production and Operations Management from Miami University, and then went on to be the Commandant of the Marine Corps Logistics Fellow at Penn State University. After that, they received their Masters in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the Marine Corps University.

They are on a team with Jonathan Selter - Managing Director, Karen Meloy - Senior Strategist, and Kevin Nunes - Principal. Their manager is Lido Ramadan, Founder and President.
