Wei Li

Wei Li began their work experience as a Lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons in October 2017, specializing in M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Wei then transitioned to Senior Legal Counsel at Zenjoy Limited in October 2018, where they focused on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and financing transactions. In May 2021, Wei Li joined Amino Capital as a Senior Legal Manager before being promoted to Legal Director in September 2022. Wei'sresponsibilities at Amino Capital include overseeing legal operations and providing counsel on various transactions.

Wei Li completed a Bachelor of Law and Accounting at Central University of Finance and Economics, with a major in Law and Accounting. Following this, Wei Li pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in corporate law at The University of Edinburgh. Additionally, Wei Li obtained certifications including the Fund Practitioners Qualification from the Asset Management Association and Qualified to Practice Law from the PRC Ministry of Justice.
