Monsoud Zanaty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Monsoud began their career as the Head of Soccer Department at John Carroll Catholic High School from January 2012 to May 2016. From there, Monsoud served as a Staff Coach for the Olympic Development Program from January 2014 to February 2017. Monsoud then worked as the Head Coach at Barcelona Elite, where they trained and coached U9/10A Boys, 04A Boys, and 08A Girls teams in Barcelona, Spain, and participated in international tournaments from February 2017 to August 2018.

After their time in Spain, Monsoud joined Lane United FC as the First Assistant Coach/Reserve Team Head Coach for USL 2 from February 2019 to April 2020. Monsoud led training sessions for the first team, conducted training sessions for the Reserve Team, and facilitated player promotion to the First Team. Following Lane United FC, Monsoud worked as the Development Academy Head Coach/Director U9-U14 Boys & Girls at Colorado Rush from August 2018 to July 2020. Monsoud led multiple teams, implemented operational improvements, and oversaw performance enhancement.

Monsoud then took on the role of Head Soccer Coach at the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club from July 2020 to June 2021. Monsoud focused on improving the club, coaching players for national-level development, analyzing game film, and creating scouting reports. Monsoud further expanded their software development skills as a Full Stack Software Engineer at General Assembly from August 2021 to November 2021, where they worked with various languages and frameworks.

In 2022, Monsoud joined Timpson Application Development LLC as a Software Developer from January to June, gaining valuable software development experience. Following this, they worked at Seminaut Inc as a Software Engineer, utilizing React and Python to build a gaming platform that connects gamers and venues. Currently, Monsoud is working as a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer at Amivero, starting in August 2022.
