Alain W. has a diverse range of work experience. Alain started their career in 2013 as a Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician and Surgical Technician at Honor, where they gained experience in assisting doctors during surgery and utilizing various electronic medical record systems. Alain then worked as a SQL Server Database Administrator at Proscap Engineering and Energy Group, where they designed and implemented backup plans and disaster recovery strategies.

In 2016, Alain joined YouTube as a Content Management & Data Analyst, where they tested video content and ensured that products met publication deadlines. Alain also worked as a Music Data Quality Ops, curating meta data content and performing ad-hoc translation projects.

Alain later worked at Codify Academy as a Front End Developer, utilizing their skills in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to design dynamic and browser compatible pages. Alain then joined General Motors-Cruise Automotive as an Autonomous Vehicle Trainer, Data Steward, and Data Analyst, where they extracted and analyzed unstructured data using SQL, R, and R-studio.

Alain's next role was as a Data Analyst and Tableau Developer at ProMedica, where they utilized Tableau and conducted data analysis. Alain is currently working at American Mobile Healthcare as a Lead Tableau Developer and Data Analyst, leading Tableau and Business Intelligence teams involved in data analysis and visualization.

Alain W. completed a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics & Analytics at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 2020 to 2022. In 2017, they obtained a certification in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Responsive Design, Github, JS Frameworks, and APIs from Codify Academy. In 2014, they received a certification in Conflict Analysis and Conflict Resolution from the United States Institute Of Peace. Alain earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Plant Chemistry from the University of Buea between 2006 and 2009. Alain also holds certifications in Tableau Data Scientist (obtained in 2020), Tableau Developer (obtained in 2020), Oracle Database 12c: SQL Fundamentals (obtained in 2019), ETL Using SSIS (obtained in 2018), and Microsoft Certified Architect: SQL Server (MCA) (obtained in 2018).
