Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in the accounting field. Ashley began their career as an Audit Intern at Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP in 2010, where they prepared financial statements and tax forms. Ashley then worked as a Staff Accountant at G.S. Gabbard, CPA PSC, performing bookkeeping functions and processing payroll. Ashley later joined JGD & Associates LLP as an Audit Senior, participating in various engagements and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. Ashley then worked as a Staff Accountant at APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC, where they performed general accounting functions and ensured GAAP reporting compliance. Ashley's next role was as a Senior Fund Accountant at Newland Communities, where they were responsible for analyzing funds' accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring GAAP compliance. Currently, they are employed at AMN Healthcare, where they initially worked as a Staff Accountant before being promoted to Senior Accountant and eventually becoming the Lead Accountant - Operations.

Ashley Smith, CPA, completed their education in accounting at the University of Kentucky. Ashley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from 2007 to 2011 and went on to receive a Master of Science in Accountancy from 2011 to 2012. Ashley obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy in January 2019.
