Carolina Araya

Carolina Araya has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily with AMN Healthcare. Carolina has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Nursing Strategic Initiatives. In these positions, Carolina was responsible for developing strategic direction, leading teams, overseeing market analytics and pricing, and managing high-risk projects. Carolina also served as the Vice President of Client Services and Divisional Vice President of Account Management.

Carolina's work experience also extends beyond AMN Healthcare. Carolina served as the President and Vice President of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO). Additionally, they have experience with Medical Express as the VP of Recruitment, where they successfully reversed underperformance and rebuilt the recruitment department.

In addition to their formal education, Carolina also obtained certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn in 2021 and "Change Management" from Prosci in 2019.
