Francisco Fernandez

Francisco Fernandez has a strong background in recruitment and management. Francisco started their career as an AVP-Servicing Proficiency Coach at Bank of America in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Francisco then moved on to GEICO and served as a Licensed Sales Agent from 2014 to 2015. Francisco's experience in the healthcare industry began in 2015 when they joined Supplemental Health Care as a Recruiting Manager. Francisco stayed with the company until 2020 and played a key role in providing healthcare professionals to various facilities across the United States. In 2020, Francisco joined Aequor Healthcare Services as a Recruiting Manager and worked there until 2021. Francisco is currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at AMN Healthcare, starting in November 2021.

Francisco Fernandez attended Lockport High School from 2001 to 2005 and earned a high school diploma. Francisco then enrolled at Niagara County Community College from 2005 to 2006, studying Criminal Justice and Interpersonal Communication, but did not obtain a degree.
