Kara Jamison- Norton

Kara Jamison-Norton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Language Services Human Resources Operations at AMN Healthcare, responsible for HR operations for over 3,300 team members across the United States, Costa Rica, and Mexico. With previous experience as the Director of Human Resources at Vector Solutions, Kara also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at PwC and held various HR roles at Numara Software and LenderLive Network, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, both from the University of South Florida.
