Meghan Molitor

Meghan Molitor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Meghan currently holds the position of VP, Workforce Strategy and Optimization at AMN Healthcare starting from 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Program Manager at Avantas, LLC, where they developed and managed relationships with strategic partners in healthcare and executed strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Meghan also worked as an Account Manager at Avantas, LLC, where they created and executed strategic roadmaps, implemented leading practices in staffing and scheduling, and collaborated with internal stakeholders to exceed client expectations. Before their tenure at Avantas, Meghan worked as a Lincoln Small Business Marketing Rep at Lincoln Financial Group from 2010 to 2015, and as a Short Term Disability Specialist at Lincoln Financial Advisors from 2009 to 2010.

Meghan Molitor attended Northwest Missouri State University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management.
