Human Rights and Policy

The Human Rights and Policy team at Amnesty International Canada focuses on developing and advocating for policies that protect and promote human rights within Canada and globally. By working on specific human rights issues and leveraging opportunities unique to Canada, the team organizes campaigns, coordinates outreach and training, conducts research, provides legal expertise, and develops advocacy strategies to influence public policy and raise awareness about human rights violations.
