Joshua Franco

Joshua Franco has extensive experience in the field of human rights, particularly at Amnesty International, where a significant tenure since April 2009 includes roles such as Senior Research Advisor, Deputy Director of Amnesty Tech, and Head of the Technology & Human Rights Team. Prior experience includes positions at the International Center for Transitional Justice, Human Rights Watch, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Joshua Franco holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
