Thomas de Lacoste

Thomas de Lacoste is currently the Deputy Director of Security at Amnesty International, where responsibilities include overseeing regional security management for Sub-Saharan Africa. With a background as a Security Manager at International SOS and Control Risks, Thomas played a pivotal role in delivering security assistance and analysis to clients across Europe and Africa. Thomas also has experience as a Coordinating Security Specialist and held internships at the European External Action Service and the French Mission to the United Nations. Academically, Thomas holds a degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, a Master in European careers from Sciences Po Bordeaux, and a degree in Empirical Social and Political Analysis from the University of Stuttgart. In addition, Thomas has pursued a career in photography since launching Thomas de Lacoste Photography.
