Matthew Windman

Matthew Windman is an attorney at McCarter & English, LLP, with a focus on drafting and negotiating complex agreements and providing legal advice on various issues including intellectual property and corporate governance. Windman also serves as a pro bono entertainment attorney for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, providing legal consultations to artists in the entertainment industry. As an arts journalist for amNewYork since 2005, Windman writes theater reviews and features.
