Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes is Amobee’s Chief Legal Officer.

Scott is a general counsel and corporate lawyer with more than 12 years of experience advising senior management regarding the business and legal implications of sophisticated commercial transactions.

He specializes in complex agreements, including those related to mergers and acquisitions, software licensing, client services, employment, and confidentiality. By partners with internal leadership and external counsel he assesses and minimizes risks related to matters in litigation, arbitration, and bankruptcy. Scott acts as a team member who values collaboration to provide legal support to various functional departments within a global organization.

Prior to joining Amobee, Scott served as the General Counsel for Dentsu Aegis Network; as the General Counsel for CDC Games Corporation; and as the Corporate Counsel of CDC Software.

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross and a law degree from Rutgers University.
