Francesca Gilli has extensive experience in the marketing and brand management field. Francesca currently serves as the Global Brand Director at AMOUAGE. Prior to this, they worked at Ferrero as the Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Praline Category from 2017 to 2021. Before Ferrero, they worked at Coty as the Global Marketing Director for Prestige Fine Fragrances in 2016 and at Procter & Gamble in various roles, including Global Marketing Brand Manager and Global Senior Assistant Brand Manager, from 2011 to 2016. Francesca also has experience in the food industry, working as an Assistant Brand Manager at Kraft Foods Group and as an Account - Project Manager at Young & Rubicam Group. Francesca began their career as a Marketing Intern at BMW Group and as an Intern in the M&A Division at Merrill Lynch.

Francesca Gilli earned a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Marketing & Communication from Università Bocconi in 2009. Francesca also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Università Bocconi in 2008. Francesca's academic journey began at the International School of Milan, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate from 1989 to 2004.
