Aylin Beyce

Aylin Beyce has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Aylin currently holds the position of Vice President of Product and Sustainability at Amour Vert, a sustainable fashion brand. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing product development and implementing sustainable practices.

Before joining Amour Vert, Aylin worked as the Vice President of Design at the same company. During their time in this role, they played a key role in the overseas sustainable sourcing and development strategy. Aylin also contributed to the growth of the wholesale business through tiered price point developments and developed a plus-size offering for wholesale channels.

Prior to their role at Amour Vert, Aylin served as a Senior Design Director at an unknown company. Aylin later transitioned to the position of Design Director, where they collaborated with the Marketing and Buying teams to establish and drive key strategies, concepts, and brand stories. Aylin also directed the design and execution of monthly collections across multiple categories, with a focus on sustainable fabrics and circularity.

Before joining Amour Vert, Aylin gained experience at various other companies. Aylin worked as a Design Director at Feel the Piece, where they developed color stories, washes, and fits for a women's fashion line. Aylin also managed a team and was responsible for the execution of seasonal lookbooks, e-commerce content, and social media imagery.

Aylin's earlier experience includes roles at Levi's Made and Crafted and Levi's Vintage Collection, where they served as a Senior Designer for Women's Collections. Aylin designed and developed seasonal concepts and collections and collaborated with marketing on photo shoots. Aylin also worked on brand collaborations, concepted seasonal stories, and conducted fabric research and development.

Aylin's career began as a Designer at Stephan Schwarz and later as an Assistant Designer at Jeremy Scott before transitioning to their roles at Levi's.

Aylin Beyce began their education journey in 1995 at Reed College where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature, as well as French Language and Literature. After completing their studies at Reed College in 1999, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design at Studio Bercot in Paris, France. Aylin successfully completed their education at Studio Bercot in 2004.
