Hootan Veiszadeh

Hootan Veiszadeh is an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in managing operations across various properties. At AMP Capital since April 2013, Hootan oversees the North Sydney Portfolio, contributing to one of the leading investment houses in real estate. Previous experience includes managing facilities for the North Shore Portfolio at CBRE Australia and operational oversight of significant properties for Stockland, including the headquarters of major corporations like IBM, Optus, and Sony. Hootan's earlier roles in security management at Colonial International and Paragon Risk Management involved extensive responsibilities in building management and fire safety. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zahedan in Iran.
