Anita Finlayson

Anita Finlayson has a diverse range of work experience in communications and internal communications roles. Anita is currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications and Social Media at AMP. Prior to this, Anita held the role of Head of Internal Communication at The Star Entertainment Group from 2018 to 2023, and also worked as the Internal Communications Manager from 2016 to 2018. Anita has also worked as a Senior Communications Advisor at Optus in 2015. Anita has a long history with Westpac Group, where they served as the Senior Communications Manager from 2013 to 2015, and as a Communications Manager from 2003 to 2013. Anita'scareer in communications began at Suncorp Group, where they worked as a Communications Coordinator from 2001 to 2003.

Anita Finlayson completed their education at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Communication and Public Relations. Anita also attended Somerville House, although it is unclear whether they obtained a formal degree or pursued any specific field of study there.
