Kate Gordon

Kate Gordon is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Governance, Senior Company Secretary, and Senior Legal Counsel at AMP since June 2020. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Special Counsel at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers from April 2019 to June 2020 and served as General Counsel at Guardian Childcare & Education from February 2017 to February 2019. Earlier in her career, Kate worked as Special Counsel in the Corporate Advisory Group at Henry Davis York from February 2000 to January 2017, which included a secondment to the Westpac Group for the Financial Services Reform Project. Kate Gordon holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Master of Laws in Corporate & Commercial from the University of Sydney.
