Sam Lewis

Sam Lewis is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Amp Energy since October 2022, Sam is responsible for the development, procurement, and delivery of over 1.2GW of renewable energy projects. Prior to this, Sam held various roles at Baker Hughes from April 2019 to October 2022, including Project Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams for subsea production systems and conducting technical feasibility studies. Sam also worked as a Senior Operations Engineer at EirGrid and began the career at Centrica Energy, where experience spanned roles from Graduate Mechanical Engineer to Engineering Summer Placement. Sam holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath.
