Sherry Cheah

Sherry Cheah is a seasoned professional in asset management and project finance, currently serving as Senior Manager at Amp Energy since September 2022. Previously, Sherry held multiple leadership roles at Rakuten from February 2016 to August 2022, including Vice Department Manager in the Business Strategy Department for Energy. Sherry's industry experience also includes positions as Investment Manager at TerraForm Power, Project Manager at Canadian Solar Inc., and Research Associate at Photon Consulting. Sherry Cheah's educational background features a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master’s in International Relations from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, complemented by studies at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
