Donnie Bagwell

Donnie Bagwell serves as the Mayor of the City of Emerson since January 2023 and has been a City Council Member since November 2013. In addition, Donnie has held the position of Plant Manager at Ampacet since January 1995, where responsibilities include overall planning, goal setting, budgeting, and compliance for a multi-million dollar production facility. Donnie Bagwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University, completed between 1998 and 2000, and attended the University of West Georgia from 1985 to 1990.
