Stephen Cullum

Stephen Cullum is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in diverse manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a strategic member of the leadership team at Ampacet since October 2002, Cullum oversees HR functions across corporate offices and manufacturing operations in North America, including Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at General Mills, where responsibilities encompassed employee and labor relations, safety, and organizational development, as well as similar leadership positions at General Electric Transportation Company and Colgate Palmolive, where significant contributions included workforce expansion and team development. Cullum holds a Master's degree from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bethany College.
