Calvin Poole is an experienced service technician and underground service engineer, currently working at Hastings Deering since June 2023 and at Ampcontrol since February 2020. Previous roles include underground electrician positions at companies such as Tolk, ABM Resources, and Vale, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational tasks within hazardous underground environments. Calvin also has experience as a field service engineer at NEPEAN, focusing on auditing and maintenance. With a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, Calvin has developed a comprehensive skill set in electrical systems relevant to the mining industry.
