Melissa Moore

Vice President, People & Culture at Ampere

Melissa Moore has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Melissa began their career as a summer intern at Maxtor Corporation, where they later held roles in technical recruiting and learning & development. Melissa then joined Ubisoft as a Human Resources Generalist and progressively advanced to the positions of Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually Director of Human Resources. At Ubisoft, Melissa contributed to the business strategy and objectives for the NCSA territory, developing and executing innovative HR programs. Melissa then joined Outware Mobile as the Head of Human Resources, overseeing the design and development consultancy's HR functions and contributing to their industry recognition. Melissa went on to work at Melbourne IT as the General Manager of People & Culture, Shared Services, leading the integration of HR shared services in the acquired businesses of the MIT group. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President, People & Culture at Ampere, where they are involved in challenging the status quo in cloud computing and shaping the future of hyperscale cloud computing. Most recently, Melissa has also become a Member at Chief. Overall, Melissa has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, leadership, and strategic planning throughout their career.

Melissa Moore has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Melissa also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management from the University of San Francisco School of Management. Melissa has additional certifications including a Certified Professional Member (CAHRI) from The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) obtained in 2015 and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in 2010.
