Currently serving as Research Lab Operations/Scientist II at Flagship Pioneering, Judy has successfully transitioned from a bench scientist to a key player in lab management, excelling in lab setup, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes optimizing mammalian expression platform protocols at Revitope, where Judy established 500+ transient cell lines for recombinant protein development. At Moderna Therapeutics, Judy contributed significantly to mammalian cell line development, generating research-grade biologics using advanced methods. Earlier roles at Biogen involved enhancing transfection efficiency and developing multiple stable cell lines. Judy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
