Kelly Costello

Kelly Costello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, design, and education. As CEO of Panorama Innovation, LLC since March 2011, Costello leads efforts to develop innovative products and services rooted in understanding human needs. In addition to this position, Costello serves as adjunct faculty at Northwestern University and the Institute of Design at IIT, teaching courses in design methodology. As a co-founder and board member of WIND: Women Initiating New Directions and Chief Innovation Officer at MH3, Costello focuses on fostering innovation and strategic growth. Further contributions include directing research at AMPERSAND | Growth by Design and mentoring within Design for America, while also having taught design thinking at CEDIM México. Educational background includes an MDes in User Research and Documentary Photography from the Institute of Design and a BS in Anthropology and Visual Communication from The University of Memphis.
