Flor Villa Mendivil

Flor Villa Mendivil is an experienced Operations Manager currently leading the startup of an automotive operation for Amphenol Optimize in Hermosillo, Sonora. With a strong background in the electronics sector, Flor's expertise includes SMT processes, manual assembly, conformal coating, X-ray, ICT, and functional testing. Previously serving as Value Stream Manager at BAE Systems, Inc., Flor oversaw various technology processes and developed strategic plans for continuous improvement. Additional roles include NPI Manager at BAE Systems, Sr Project Engineer at CR Bard, and various engineering and managerial positions at TE Connectivity and Magna International. Flor holds an ESL degree in industrial engineering from Brock University and a degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
