Alen Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, sales, and channel development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Amphenol RF since October 2021, Alen has successfully managed high-profile global projects generating $25 million in annual sales while enhancing project processes and team coordination. Previous roles include Channel Manager for Asia at Crouzet, where Alen contributed to profitable growth by managing industrial and aerospace distributors, and Sales & Channel Manager for East Asia Pacific at Custom Sensors & Technologies, focusing on strategic business development and market research. Alen's early career at Hamlin Electronics involved establishing an Asia business site and spearheading global marketing transformations.
