Phaninder Pasupula's work experience includes positions at various companies, with a focus on software engineering and leadership roles. Phaninder has a strong background in technologies such as NodeJs, ReactJs, Java, and Docker.

At Amphora, Phaninder worked as a Lead Software Engineer - Consultant, where they set coding standards and re-architected a monolithic app to a modular packaged app.

At Bytes R&D, they served as a Lead Software Engineer, leading a team of four to build a micro-payment platform. Here, they delivered an Electron IoT dashboard and an Android app.

During their time at Vendigo, Phaninder held the role of Lead Software Engineer/Product Owner. Phaninder was responsible for developing and extending the micro-service architecture, as well as translating business requirements into solution designs.

At Pearlshare, Phaninder worked as a Lead Software Engineer and focused on scaling infrastructure and building a single-line auto-suggest search engine.

Prior to this, at OpenBet, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master. Phaninder initiated a JS guild and used Chef for infrastructure management.

In the early years of their career, Phaninder had a software developer internship at Peekabu Studios Ltd., where they managed the implementation of products based on computer vision technologies.

At BVRIT IC, they worked as an Analyst and Software Developer, where they gathered and analyzed requirements, created specification documents, and assisted developers and testers.

Throughout their career, Phaninder has demonstrated expertise in a range of technologies and has taken on leadership responsibilities in various projects.

Phaninder Pasupula began their education by completing their tenth grade at Chalapathi High School in 2004. Phaninder then attended Narayana Junior College from 2004 to 2006, where they focused on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry for their intermediate studies.

In 2006, Phaninder enrolled at Padmashri Dr B V Raju Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Phaninder completed this program in 2010, after four years of study.

During their time at Padmashri Dr B V Raju Institute of Technology, Phaninder also participated in a high-level robotic project at MIC in 2010, providing assistance to the project.

Phaninder's educational journey continued with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering at The University of Edinburgh. Phaninder attended this university from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Phaninder also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they received the IBM DB2 730 certification from IBM. In 2013, they obtained the M101JS MongoDB for Nodejs developers certification from MongoDB, Inc. Lastly, in 2014, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
