Diana Pias

Diana Pias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Diana started their career at AIESEC in Portugal in 2019, where they held various leadership positions in different departments such as Organizing Committee Recruitment, Internal Communication, and Talent Management. Diana also served as a Global Host Manager and participated in Social Projects. Their tenure at AIESEC lasted until 2021.

In 2021, Diana had an internship as a Talent Management Intern at Subvisual. Diana gained experience in talent management during their time there.

Diana also worked as a Team Leader at Global Management Challenge for a brief period in 2021.

Currently, Diana is employed at Amplemarket. Diana started as a People Success Associate in 2022 and was promoted to the role of People Success Specialist in March 2023.

Additionally, Diana has been involved with Centro de Estudos do Curso de Relações Internacionais since 2019. Diana has served as a member in the Communication and Colloquia departments, as well as the Secretary of the General Assembly.

Diana Pias completed their Licentiate degree in International Relations from Universidade do Minho between 2017 and 2020. Diana also pursued a Master's degree in International Business from the same institution from 2020 to 2022.
