Yael Eshed Shaby

Yael Eshed Shaby has extensive experience in the field of human resources, working for various companies in different roles.

From 2008 to 2012, Yael worked as a CV Center Manager at ECI Telecom, where they oversaw a team of three, provided guidance and training, and implemented strategies to improve recruitment processes.

In 2012, Yael joined TVinci as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for establishing the HR department and implementing various HR procedures, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and compensation.

Since 2014, Yael has been working at Kaltura, starting as an HR Specialist before progressing to roles such as HR Manager, HR Director, and VP, HR Business Partner. They recently became the Senior Vice President of Human Resources in February 2022.

Yael Eshed Shaby completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences at Bar-Ilan University from 2004 to 2007.
