Alexandre Keller

Alexandre Keller has a strong background in human resources management. Alexandre is currently serving as the HR Director for France at Amplifon, where they oversee the HR functions for 1500 employees and supports the company's growth and transformation. Prior to this, they held various global HR director roles at LVMH for their Glenmorangie, Veuve Clicquot, Krug, Moet & Chandon, and Ruinart brands. Alexandre also served as the HR Director for France at TRW Automotive and the RRH Division of Faurecia's steering system.

Alexandre Keller completed an executive education program in change management, high performance management, and managing across culture at HEC in 2019. From 1998 to 1999, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Human Resources Management at Université Dijon and obtained a DESS. In 2019, they also attended an executive program on Leadership organisationnel at INSEAD. Additionally, Alexandre completed a Master 1 degree in private law, specializing in labor law, at Université de Franche Comté.
