Cindy Kuehl

Cindy Kuehl, MBA, CDR has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Cindy is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Amplifon since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at U.S. Bank from 2016 to 2021, holding various roles such as Officer, Campus Recruiter & Program Manager for the MBA/Master's Program, Officer, Campus Recruiter & Internship Program Manager for the Undergraduate Program, Officer, Campus Recruiter & Internship Project Specialist, Officer, Recruiter II, and Recruiter. Before U.S. Bank, Cindy worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Randstad in 2015, focusing on recruiting office and administrative professionals. Cindy also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at C.H. Robinson in 2015, where they hired talent for sales, account management, operations, and logistics roles. Cindy started their career at Ecolab in 2007, where they held roles such as Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sr. HR Assistant, and Talent Acquisition Assistant. In addition to their corporate experience, Cindy has contributed as a Contributor for Women of HR, writing blog posts on various HR topics, and served as the Social Media Co-Lead for Twin Cities Human Resources Association, where they developed and implemented a social media strategy.

Cindy Kuehl, MBA, CDR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications and Spanish from Concordia College. Cindy also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Catherine University. Additionally, they earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad de las Américas, A.C.
