Drew Sandlant

Drew Sandlant is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR Partnering at Amplifon since September 2024, Drew previously held the position of Head of People & Culture - Packaging at Pact Group Holdings Ltd from September 2022 to August 2024. Prior roles include National HR Manager at Boeing from April 2019 to September 2022, and HR Manager at Boeing Aerostructures Australia from June 2013 to April 2019, where Drew also worked as an HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes HR Advisor at Thiess from August 2009 to March 2013, Case Manager at Australian Defence Force Recruiting for a brief period in 2009, and HR Generalist at MW Kellogg from January 2008 to March 2009. Drew holds a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from La Trobe University, attended Parade College, and brings over a decade of expertise in HR leadership and strategy.
