Jillian Neimeister, CGMS, PMP

Jillian Neimeister, CGMS, PMP, has over 15 years of experience in project management, customer success, and fund development. From 2015-present, they have been the Head of Customer Success, Head of Delivery, Director of Delivery, Manager of Implementation and Customer Success, Implementation Team Lead, and Product Trainer at AmpliFund. From 2013-2015, they were the Coach and Owner at Birdtown Strength. From 2009-2013, they were the Fund Development Manager and Donor Relations Specialist at the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Ohio. From 2005-2009, they were the Program Manager and Sponsorship Coordinator at COAR Peace Mission.

Jillian Neimeister, CGMS, PMP has a diverse educational background. Jillian completed a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University in 2006, majoring in English, Spanish, Political Science, and Latin American Studies. In 2009, they earned a Master of Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University, with a focus on Nonprofit Administration, Local and Urban Management. In 2011 and 2012, they completed programs at Cleveland Bridge Builders and Cleveland Leadership Center. In 2012, they also completed a program in Entrepreneurship & Business Development at Bad Girl Ventures (now Aviatra Accelerators). In October 2021, they obtained their Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) certification from the National Grants Management Association. In December 2022, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
