Henry Du

Mr. Du has over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, with a strong business background spanning the financial services and life science industries.

Prior to joining Amplify Surgical, Mr. Du was VP of Finance and Senior Corporate Controller at HUYABIO International, the leader in globalizing Chinese pharmaceutical innovation, where he established the commercial accounting policy for the company’s product launch in Japan. Mr. Du also previously served as Corporate Controller at Eledon Pharmaceuticals (formerly Novus Therapeutics), a publicly traded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, where he led the accounting operations and SEC reporting functions. Additionally, he was Controller at United Auto Credit and spent numerous years at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Pacific Life Insurance Company, The Siegfried Group, and Cardiogenesis Corporation in various leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Du started his career in public accounting at the Big 4 accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He earned his B.A. in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College. Mr. Du is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of California.
