Latoya Tufts

LaToya Tufts is a UX Researcher at Amplinate since September 2022, with a robust background in education and research. Prior experience includes serving as a Doctoral Student at Tulane University from August 2020 to September 2022 and a Researcher at JC Research and Consulting in 2022. LaToya was also a Graduate Fellow in the Mellon Graduate Program in Community Engaged Scholarship at Tulane from May 2020 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Site Director at SMASH Wharton, Vice President of Academic & Career Success at CollegeTogether, Middle School Resource Teacher at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, and Capital Teaching Resident at KIPP DC. LaToya began the professional journey as a Customer Support Advocate at Interfolio, Inc., and held a position as a Manager at Students of Georgetown, Inc. LaToya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and English from Georgetown University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Policy and Leadership from American University.
