Sutheera Kawpijit

Sutheera Kawpijit has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. sutheera started their career at Mermaid Offshore in 2011 as an Assist Crew Manager, where they facilitated the recruiting, screening, and hiring of project crew. In 2012, they moved on to Tipco Maritime as an Assistant Manager, responsible for recruitment and retention, conducting employee orientations, and analyzing wage and salary reports. sutheera then worked at ECCO Thailand as a General Affairs (ER) Manager, focusing on employee relations, stakeholder management, and internal communication strategies.
