Ethan Yi

Ethan Yi currently serves as the Marketing Director and Head of Marketing for blue frog at AmRest since November 2024. Previously, Ethan held the position of Head of Marketing for Little Sheep at 百胜中国 from November 2019 to November 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing hotpot restaurants and various marketing channels across Greater China and global franchises. Ethan's experience also includes leading marketing efforts for Pizza Hut's new retail business, managing the brand portfolio for pladis Global in Greater China and Southeast Asia, and contributing to Hershey Company’s marketing initiatives in multiple roles, including Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager. Additional experience includes brand management at Unilever and an early career at 亿滋食品. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
