Wanjala Walter

Wanjala Walter has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Wanjala currently serves as the Commercial and Access Lead for Kenya at Amring Pharmaceuticals Inc, a position they have held since June 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Roche as a Product Access Specialist/KAM from September 2013 to May 2018. Before joining Roche, Walter was a Medical Sales Representative at AstraZeneca Kenya from September 2006 to September 2013. Wanjala began their career at Micro Labs at HML as a Sales Manager, where they worked from an unspecified date in 2002 until 2006.

Wanjala Walter pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1997, they enrolled at the University of Nairobi and completed their Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biochemistry in 2001. During the same period, they also obtained a BSc in Biochem from the UoN. After a long gap, in 2014, they joined Methodist University Kenya and completed their MSc in Health Systems Management in 2015.
