Amrita Dutta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amrita is currently an Associate Principal at Amrop, where they lead the education practice and solves complex leadership challenges. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Amrop, focusing on scaling the education practice. Amrita also has experience as an author, with their novel "Hiraeth" becoming a bestseller. Other notable positions include being an Associate Director at the Indian School of Business and Head of Fundraising at WaterHealth International. Amrita also has experience in education venture management, regional marketing and operations, and national-level event execution.

Amrita Dutta completed their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Utkal University between 2000 and 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a post-graduate diploma in management with a specialization in Marketing from the International Management Institute - IMI.
