Cecile Hofer

Cecile Hofer has extensive experience in the executive search and leadership consulting industry. Cecile is currently serving as the Managing Partner of Amrop Singapore, where they are responsible for executive search, board services, and leadership advisory. Prior to this role, they held the position of Global Co-Leader and later Global Leader of the Financial Services Practice Group at Amrop. Cecile is also a Council Member for the Asia Pacific & the Middle East region at AESC, a global association for executive search and leadership consultants. Earlier in their career, Cecile served as the Chair of the Board at Paresa Collection, where they organized leadership retreats for C-suite executives and boards. Cecile also worked as the Co-Managing Partner at Hofer Tan Partners, a management consulting firm specializing in executive search, board search, and leadership consulting. Additionally, Cecile gained experience as a Management Consultant at Ray & Berndtson, SPI, Korn Ferry Intl., where they conducted executive searches for clients in various industries. Cecile started their professional journey as the Director of Management Consulting at an unnamed professional services company.

Cecile Hofer holds a degree in Clinical Organizational Psychology from INSEAD. Cecile also completed the RYT Yoga Teacher training program in 2019, following the Alliance Yoga Teacher standards, at Space & Light Yoga/Como Shambhala.
