Cindy Beeson

Cindy Beeson, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Cindy is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at AMS Fulfillment, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to their current role, Cindy served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lamps Plus starting in October 2016. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Woodward HRT from September 2006 to December 2010. Cindy also worked as the Director of Human Resources at SARGENT FLETCHER from September 2004 to September 2006. Cindy has also worked in HR roles at Cardinal Health, Datron Advanced Technologies (L-3 Comm), and Datron Advanced Technologies.

Cindy Beeson, SPHR, has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management from Almeda University, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they received a Certificate in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University in 1996. In addition to their formal education, Cindy has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2015, the Collective Bargaining certification from Cornell University in May 2007, the Program Management certification from Dunchurch College in August 2006, and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI in May 1998.
