Rajashekar Benjaram

Rajashekar Benjaram is a Principal Engineer at ams AG, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Principal Engineer at ON Semiconductor from April 2020 to October 2022, and as a Principal Design Engineer from September 2015 to April 2020. Before joining ON Semiconductor, Rajashekar worked at Analinear Technology as a Senior Lead Design Engineer from June 2013 to September 2015, and as a Lead Design Engineer from April 2011 to June 2013. Rajashekar began their career at STMicroelectronics as a Senior Design Engineer from July 2007 to April 2011.

Rajashekar Benjaram completed their B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, from the years 2000 to 2004. Rajashekar then pursued their M.Tech in VLSI from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from the years 2005 to 2007.
