AMSA ISN Sponsorship Officer

Role Description

• Coordinating with AMSA National sponsorships team to learn about existing sponsorships within AMSA.
• Coordinating with the events officer to ensure the success of the event by providing sponsors for the events.
• Drafting the budget for AMSA ISN with AMSA ISN chair and AMSA ISN vice chair internal.
• Engage with sponsors from diverse portfolios.

Positions Available 1

Length Of Role December 2023 – December 2024

Time Commitment Approximately 2 hours per week. Attendance at teamwide meetings. Attendance at national sponsorship meetings.

Busy Time Periods Consistent workflow throughout the year, with increased commitment leading up to an event.

Preferred Skills - Experience in managing finances for an organisation is desirable but not essential.

• Good communication skills and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the AMSA network.

Gained Skills Improved skills in interacting with sponsors. Networking opportunities within AMSA.

Space To Innovate This is a new role for AMSA ISN and there’s a lot of room for improvement.
