Pamela Arnold

Pamela Arnold, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of HR & Safety at Amsted Rail since August 2023, Pamela previously held the position of Regional Human Resources Director at CRH Americas, where responsibilities included leading the HR function for Central Region operations and developing a team of plant HR Managers. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at KONE Corporation, Senior Human Resources Manager at Smiths Group plc, and Regional Human Resources Manager at DISH Network, among others. Pamela holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
